Elite Legal Document Service, LLC is a litigation consultancy, Intellectual Property (IP) holdings company, and online retail clothing store service for our brand(s): Lunar Metropolis™, Occupy Mars™, Ruse Clues®, SpaceX™, and urbanizethemoon.com™.  We operate under the service mark: If You Want or Need to Sue, Ask You Know Who…®  We currently specializes in United States Citizenship eligibility determination and applications.  We aim to see that people are treated fairly and that those governmental officials responsible for rectifying grievances are given the opportunity to do so.  

David Upton (known to his friends, clients, and colleagues as "Dave"), is the Owner and Managing Member of Elite Legal Document Service LLC.  For the past 25 years, he has dealt with virtually every state and federal judicial and administrative agency of competent jurisdiction which gave him exceptional insight into the inner-working of the local, state, and federal judicial and administrative systems. 

David Upton received his Associate in Arts for transfer degree in Law, Public Policy, and Society from Citrus College.  He was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration (Pre-law) from Northern Arizona University.
