About Us

Elite Legal Document Service, LLC is a litigation consultancy firm for self-represented litigants and online clothing retailer for our clothing brand(s): Ruse Clues™, Occupy Mars™, and Chill Vibes™.  Our litigation consultancy firm operates under the service mark: If You Want or Need to Sue, Ask You Know Who…®  We are currently specializing in United States Citizenship eligibility determination and application.  We aim to see that people are treated fairly and that those governmental officials responsible for rectifying grievances are given the opportunity to do so.  

David Upton (known to his friends, clients, and colleagues as "Dave"), is the Owner and Managing Member of Elite Legal Document Service LLC.  For the past 25 years, he has dealt with virtually every state and federal judicial and administrative agency of competent jurisdiction which gave him exceptional insight into the inner-working of the local, state, and federal judicial and administrative systems. 

 

David Upton received his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Northern Arizona University.  He also has been awarded an Associate in Arts degree for transfer in Law, Public Policy, and Society from Citrus College.
